All of our products can be returned within 30 days for a refund (shipping and handling charges will not be refunded).
Products that are in less than new condition will be subject up to a 50% restocking fee.
All returns must be pre-authorized by emailing us or they will not be accepted per our terms and conditions.
Broken, damaged or Faulty Merchandise:
Any item that is received broken, damaged or faulty will be replaced by Showerdoordirect. Please contact us within 3 business days for a free replacement or full refund.
