Returns:
All of our products can be returned within 14 days for a refund (shipping and handling charges will not be refunded). All products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be pre-authorized by emailing or calling us.

Broken, damaged or Faulty Merchandise:
Any item that is received broken, damaged or faulty will be replaced by Showerdoordirect. Please contact us if this should happen, and we will arrange to replace the item at NO CHARGE.
